Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the AzCoding website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by AzCoding Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17084388).
By browsing this Site you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. These terms cover the Site only - they are not a contract for consultancy services. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work or proposal) agreed between us before any work begins.
2. What this site is
This Site is informational. It describes AzCoding's services and experience, and provides a way for prospective clients to book a discovery call. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or commitment to take on any particular project.
3. Consultancy engagements
All consultancy work is scoped and agreed in writing before it begins. A separate statement of work or proposal will set out deliverables, timelines, fees, and any other relevant terms. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these website terms, the engagement documents take precedence.
Upon receipt of full payment for an engagement, all code, documentation, and other deliverables produced specifically for that engagement become the client's property. AzCoding retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific know-how developed during the work.
4. Accuracy of information
We keep the content on this Site as accurate and up to date as reasonably possible, but we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. Case studies and results described are based on real past work but outcomes will vary depending on your specific circumstances.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, AzCoding Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any content on it. This includes but is not limited to indirect, consequential, or financial losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
6. Third-party links
This Site links to third-party services including Calendly and LinkedIn. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this Site - including text, design, and code - is owned by or licensed to AzCoding Ltd. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of it without our prior written consent.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
